We share one itemised cost sheet — design fee, materials, labour and vendor costs listed separately, not bundled into a single "package" number. You approve costs before any work starts, and any change is quoted before we proceed, not after.
You do. Final drawings, material specifications and the 3D visuals we create for your project are yours to keep, whether or not we execute the build.
Two full revision rounds are included at the design stage. Most projects settle within that; additional rounds are quoted at a fixed per-round rate, agreed upfront.

Yes — we offer design-only engagements where you manage execution separately. We're happy to hand over detailed working drawings and a vendor shortlist either way.
Every project includes a 6-month defect-liability window for any execution-related issues. Beyond that, we're a phone call away for advice even on projects finished years ago.
